Full space, workshop shutdown and an onsite location manager. Eight-hour minimum, or a two-hour shoot for $1,800 by arrangement.
Meetings · $250/hour
Front café/lounge for up to 15. Two-hour minimum. Lounge seating, Wi-Fi, house sound and a 130-inch projection screen; café drinks arranged separately.
Party rental rates
Monday–Thursday / Friday–Sunday:
1–15, front lounge: $200 / $250 per hour
16–30, front lounge: $250 / $300 per hour
31–45, full space: $350 / $400 per hour
46–70, full space: $450 / $500 per hour
The front lounge is approximately 700 sq ft including the bar footprint; full space is approximately 1,500 sq ft. Front-room parties are best for mingling and light refreshments, not seated dining. Substantial catering may require a separately quoted full-space booking even below 31 guests. Two folding tables are available; additional chairs may be brought by arrangement.
1–15 includes one bartender; 16–30 includes one bartender and one barback. Around 31 guests, one bartender and one barback is typical; around 46, plan on at least two bartenders and one barback. Final staffing and any extra charges are agreed around your drink plan. Drinks are purchased separately at menu prices; tips optional. No BYOB, guest cooking or kitchen access.
Production details
Standard production is $400/hour Monday–Thursday or $450/hour Friday–Sunday, eight-hour minimum, for up to 25 crew, talent, clients and vendors. Standard overtime is 1.5× the booked hourly rate in started half-hours: $300 or $337.50 at these rates.
The two-hour $1,800 shoot includes all setup and load-out. Its overtime is $450 per started half-hour, subject to approval and availability. It reserves only the agreed window, not the day; no switch to the eight-hour package during the shoot.
Existing motorcycles are included as background scenery. Crews work safely around them and cannot move them; the location manager may make reasonable, occasional moves. Featured bikes, repeated repositioning and additional onsite labor need prior approval and a separate quote. Bring your own production equipment; discuss power, loading and sound needs. The space is not soundproof.
What to expect
Book your complete access window, including deliveries, setup, breakdown and guest cleanup. Full-space bookings need at least 48 hours’ notice, sometimes more. Elevated music comes down at 10:30 PM. Bookings end by midnight Friday/Saturday or 11:30 PM Sunday–Thursday. DJs and amplified music require approval.
During front-room bookings, members may work in back and pass through for bathroom access. Full-space rentals pause workshop use, with occasional host-assisted motorcycle retrieval. One accessible bathroom, heating and air conditioning are available. Security cameras record during bookings.
Guests put loose food, plates and trash in receptacles and remove their belongings within booked time. We handle final cleaning and restoration. Rates exclude drinks, applicable taxes and agreed extras.
